Things I desperately need to see in werewolf stories:

• Werewolves’ sense of taste and smell altering as it gets closer to full moon
• That old lore thing where the wolf is calmed down by speaking their full name
• The werewolf insisting they be tied up/imprisoned for some duration and the human companion(s) just hanging out by their side, refusing to leave
• Weird eating and cooking habits
• The human love interest slowly taking off and pushing aside the silver jewellery/objects they have on them as a show of trust
• Sets of clothing hidden in strategic places
• That thing were a human werewolf loses their temper and snarls at someone, and their eyes and teeth change for a second
• Head scratches, at all times, for everyone involved
• Werewolf cubs running amok in play
• Fully grown, fully transformed werewolves running amok in play
• More head scratches
