Not to be A Homestuck, but my brain just attempted to assign classpects (but mostly aspects) to members of Org XIII while I was trying to read and now I need to go directly to jail
I decided to redo the first one with Terra/Aqua/Xemnas because when I did the others, somehow they’re more dynamic and have more character to them than the first ones…..it bothered me so much that I remade them lmao
Zexion is the youngest – he’s supposed to be 16 (at the time the story begins) and therefore should be with the Intermediates, but he’s a genius in both combat and the exam hall, so he got to skip Intermediate entirely (after passing both the exam and the compulsory test missions) and go right to Senior rank. Most senior students are 18-20 years old, which is the age range of these guys here.
The Head Boy & Head Girl are commonly those who are in their 3rd Senior year, and this year Xemnas and Aqua hold those positions. the power couple of the year
If you think Marluxia’s melee sounds awfully familiar that’s because yes, it is inspired from Ruby’s weapon in RWBY. I haven’t decided the mechanics of it yet though. Zexion can summon any weapon he wishes from his Arcana – provided he has enough magical reserve to do so. Ansem’s weapon is basically that spear thing you see in his final boss fight in KH1.
[heart and heart are two different words in japanese though. one is shinzou (physical heart) and the other is kokoro (metaphysical heart). so it doesn’t work as well in english, but basically japanese terra was like “wait do you actually want me to literally cut out her physical heart and put it in this box you batshit lady, or do you just mean the metaphysical heart like the one i already think i stole? i’m not understanding the value of that first one tbh?? this is an important distinction ma’am.”
edit: actually from thinking it through it’s better in english since that distinction doesn’t exist in english vocabulary, so…it makes sense for terra to be confused here.]
and tbh if I’d been sheltered my whole life and some creepy chick was like “let me bribe you with information to MURDER THIS GIRL I HATE HERE RIP OUT HER HEART AND PUT IT IN THIS BOX BYE” I’m pretty sure I’d be going “uh what” too
